How long will it take to receive my order?

Most items ship in 3-5 business days. If you need a rush order or delivery by a certain date, please contact us. Once your order is processed, you will receive an automated confirmation email from us. You will also receive your tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

Orders are usually processed in 24 hours. We do not process orders during weekends. In the unlikely event that we anticipate a delay in your order, you will be notified via email or by telephone.

How much does shipping cost?

What if I need to receive my purchase in a hurry?

We can express ship your purchase, for an extra charge, to make sure it gets there for that special day. Please be sure to indicate the express service level as you check-out.

How will I receive my order?

Small package orders are shipped via UPS Ground. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO Addresses. Truck Shipments are shipped via least expensive common carrier.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Residents of Minnesota only will be charged a 6.5% sales tax.

At Kids Learning Depot, we want you as a customer for life. We want you to enjoy our quality products for 30 days and have fun with them! If you don't like it for any reason during this time, return it for a full refund or credit. After that, you're covered with our 1 year guarantee against defects, in which we will either repair it, replace it, or credit your purchase price if we are able to do neither. Some items have a life span during normal use and they wear out. Our warranty does not include replacement of such items after normal use. Of course our guarantee doesn't cover abuse... But you already knew that. Customers for life. That's our guarantee.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with items purchased from Kids Learning Depot, return them within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price.* We will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item when the item is returned to us (postage paid) within 30 days. Shipping is not refundable. The item must be in its original packaging and in re-sellable condition.

You must obtain a RMA number to return any item. Items returned without an RMA number will not be refunded. E-mail your name, order number, and items to be returned to kld_customercare@kidslearningdepot.com and we will give you an RMA number. Include the RMA number with your return. We can only credit the credit card used to purchase the item, for any returns. *30 day guarantee does not include custom ordered items.

If you refuse an order that is being delivered once it arrives at your "shipping address", we will credit your card (less shipping cost to and from your address) when we are notified that the return has been delivered back to the manufacturer in the original package and is in saleable condition.
